
Prescriptions
Your regular or repeat prescriptions can be requested by a number of methods.
- Vision Health Patient Services online prescription ordering service. To sign up please provide your name, date of birth and email address to: dg.gpclin.y18377@nhs.scot
- Secondly by calling the practice on our main telephone line (01387 810252) and selecting option 1, repeat prescriptions.
- Lastly, by submitting your ordering slip (the right side of your last prescription) in the repeat prescription box inside the surgery doors.
All repeat prescriptions will take 72 hours to process – this can be longer at peak times. Please order in advance of your current prescription ending to prevent gaps in treatment. Please do not bulk order or stockpile medication – this increases problems with medication shortages and is potentially unsafe.

NHS Attend Anywhere helps health care providers offer video call access to their services as part of their business as usual, day-to-day operations.
